Designs Rendered Inc. is a full-service rendering studio specializing in the real estate market. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, we want our clients to consider us a partner and not just “another vendor.”
We will listen to your needs, make suggestions, and offer solutions to help guide you through the rendering process. Our goal is to deliver exquisite rendering quality at an affordable price.
Our production team is extremely talented, efficient, and laser focused on accuracy and the ability to meet your ongoing deadline needs.
Our Process
Our knowledgeable sales staff will listen to your needs and collaborate with you as a partner. We will help formulate a scope of work that satisfies your marketing needs and is within your budget.
Once the scope is defined, you will be assigned a project manager who will guide you through the rendering process from start to finish.
PROCESS
Brian Simons, President and Founder
After working for several years in the architectural department of a South Florida home builder, Brian saw an overwhelming need for the use of digital renderings as a “visualization tool” to aid in the design process.
He also saw the need for the ability to produce photorealistic images for marketing needs. In 1999, Brian began working for one of the leading rendering companies in the US. He handled various national clients and accounts.
His dynamic background includes rendering production, animations, project management, day-to-day client interaction, and office management.
Brian’s sales and marketing skills allow him to share his technical and creative background with new and existing clients.
