This is a family-owned building that was built in the 1920’s. Originally it was a bank but it has been vacant for years. John wants to renovate the space in hopes of finding a tenant. He reached out to us and asked that we create (2) renderings of the 1st floor space.

The 1st rendering showing the existing “open floor plan” and the 2nd showing the same space but with a refreshment bar and seating. Our challenge was recreating the architectural details from only photos since the old CAD files were not available. My Team was able to replicate all the details as you can see from the photo to the renderings. Our Client, John is very pleased with what we were able to accomplish and now has visual aids to help with his marketing to potential tenants.
